Island Ink-Jet is a North American supplier of office products and services.
The company came to market in 2001 with the opening of our first retail store in Courtenay, BC, which provided the first retail-based printer ink cartridge refill service in North America. Since that time, our number of stores has grown and our refill service has helped consumers save well over 100 million dollars on their printing consumables while also reducing their environmental footprint.
Today, in addition to the ink cartridge refill services offered at our retail stores, Island Ink-Jet supplies a wide range of products and services including printer consumables from ink and toner cartridges through to office products and services ranging from binders and pens to office furniture, technology and breakroom essentials.
Our products and services are delivered through a network of retail stores, licensees, sales agents, e-commerce sites, joint ventures and alliance partners. Our products ship from multiple distribution centres in North America.
We are committed to providing professional service and reliable products as conveniently as possible. Constant development of our products and services has been our key to success since the company began in 2001, and we continue improving and expanding our services today.
We are proud to have been featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal and on Pat Foran’s “Consumer Reports” segment on CTV news. We are also appreciative of having received the Barrie Chamber of Commerce Green Award and the Canadian Office Products Association award of Service Excellence.

In-Store Pricing & Availability: Online pricing and availability does not reflect in-store pricing or availability. Online prices reflect the “bare-bones” pricing that can be obtained by buying online - It is a generally understood principle of the internet that companies can offer lower prices online due the lower costs incurred by providing an online shopping experience. In store prices will differ and are reflective of the additional costs of offering an in-store value-added service.
Notwithstanding the above, most products found online can be ordered at any of our stores for direct delivery.
